The Founder of XI Alpha Phi Fraternity Inc., Tiaz Esquire, rezzed in Second Life on August 18, 2011. Coming From IMVU, Tiaz didn't know much about Second Life. He tried many different hobbies, from building homes to doing sports within Second Life. None of these things fulfilled his needs. He was always searching for something more. His Soror Lynn introduced him to he Greek world of Second Life and from there, he knew what he wanted to do. He initially started out as a brother in his previous Fraternity and because of his wonderful impression he left, he quickly moved up from Brother to Pledgemaster. From Pledgemaster, he then moved all the way up to Founder. Tiaz felt that his hard work wasn't being appreciated where he was. He decided that enough was enough and he Founded his own Fraternity on June 1, 2013. He formed a brotherhood that was based on mutual respect that comes from the struggle that each brother must endure. He created a Fraternity that not only uplifts the men of Second Life, but also mankind through charity work and giving back to the community. He lives by the motto, "One Mind, One Soul, One Belief, ONE."
